Orders from Prime Computer
Direct orders from Prime Computer are only possible for selected resellers who have registered successfully for the Prime Computer reseller programme and qualify for direct procurement. Furthermore, selected business customers can order directly from Prime Computer. All other resellers and customers can order Prime Computer products through the distributors respectively resellers and online retailers.
Invoice
You will receive an invoice via email once your order has been shipped. The invoice is due net within 10 days of receipt without any deduction.
Payment in advance
After ordering, you will receive an invoice via email. The order will be processed within 24 hours after the invoiced amount is credited to our account.
Credit card/PostFinance
You may pay with a VISA or Mastercard credit card or with your PostFinance Card/E-Finance at the end of the ordering process.

Delivery
Shipping by post
Shipments delivered by post will arrive within 4 business days. Shipping is free of charge.
Please note that we need to receive your order by 11 a.m. to guarantee a delivery on the 5th working day.
Express delivery
Express shipments delivered by post will arrive within 2 business days. We charge the purchaser an express shipping fee of CHF 30.
Please note that we need to receive your order by 11 a.m. to guarantee a delivery the day after tomorrow.
Free collection
You may collect your goods at the earliest 2 days after placing your order. Collection is at our place of business on Schachenstrasse 9, 9016 St. Gallen. We will let you know when your product is ready for collection.
Global payment
Orders from abroad are not subject to Swiss VAT. Any VAT or import duties payable on import are paid for by the customer and will be charged directly to him by the courier service.

Shipping (standard) to the Principality of Liechtenstein is free of charge.
Shipping charges for all other destinations are automatically calculated and displayed during the ordering process. Shipments arrive within 1 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that there may be delays due to customs, on which we have no influence.
