  • Strategic leadership position & overall responsibility in the expansion of the international sales market
  • Management of all sales-specific activities with the aim of sustainably increasing revenue
  • Evaluation & planning of future market entries and detection of trends
  • Leadership, motivation and coaching of the sales team
  • Ensuring effective reporting and measurement of KPIs to promote the achievement of sales and business goals
  • Establishment & negotiations of partnerships in the C-level area as well as representation of the company at home and abroad
  • Takeover of strategic projects and close cooperation with the CEO

What excites us

  • Studies or comparable further training in sales as well as at least 10 years of professional experience in positions within an international environment
  • Proven experience in developing and executing repeatable sales processes that delivers a culture of success
  • Track record of achieving revenue growth targets – as an individual and as a sales leader
  • Leadership of account management, sales development and partner channel
  • Existing ICT network is an advantage and enthusiasm for the IT industry would be a plus
  • Very good project management skills as well as a structured way of working with the latest IT / CRM tools
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and to inspire people
  • Visionary with the determination to constantly drive the company forward and to question the status quo
  • High entrepreneurial mindset and practical approach as well as a strong understanding of processes and their optimization
  • Leading and maintaining a positive culture that corresponds to the basic values of the company
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills, other languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel at home and abroad of approx. 20 – 30%
