Please note that we reserve the right to charge for any adjustments or requests for devices which are not included in the guarantee or warranty. We will be happy to discuss this with you in the case of an existing request and will only carry out the order after clear confirmation from you.
When sending in a device to be repaired or returned, the customer must ensure that the data on it is deleted and backed up by copies, as the data may be lost during repair work. Prime Computer AG shall not be liable for the loss of data, access by third parties or the like.
